Affinity groups are created by parishioners with a shared interest. Currently the affinity groups at First Parish are:

Spirituality Book Study Group

Meets about every 6 weeks on a Tuesday night from 7:15-8:30. Anyone is welcome to join whether you have read the book or not. At the end of each meeting, the group votes on the next book to read a discuss for the following meeting. Newcomers to the group are most welcome! Contact Daryl Hess for more information.

Sacred Circle Dancing

Dance as spiritual practice, as expression of joy. Traditional and contemporary folk dances in the round. Meets various Sunday evenings at 6pm. No partner, experience or RSVP required. All dances taught; some live music. A free will donation of $5-$10 to help defray First Parish expenses will be appreciated. Check the events calendar for upcoming dates.

WomenCircle

Meets monthly on Tuesdays at 7:15pm.This group meets monthly for discussion and exploration of women’s spirituality. All First Parish women are welcome. Each month, a different member of the group gives a presentation, speaks about a particular passion or offers a crafting event. For more information contact Marianne Orlando.
