The Sierra Club will conduct an education and advocacy training seminar on critical MA State legislation in regard to solar power, increasing the renewable portfolio standard (RPS), carbon pricing and other sustainability legislation. January 2018 is a critical month for moving this legislation along. The legislation must be passed by July 1, 2018 or it will be dropped from this two year legislative cycle.
