High School Youth
Youth at First Parish are actively engaged in the Religious Exploration program in a variety of ways. Youth representatives serve on a number of church committees and some choose to teach younger ages in our Religious Exploration Sunday morning programming.

Senior Youth Group (YRUU)
All high school youth are welcome to join the Senior Youth Group, known as the Young Religious Unitarian Universalists (YRUU). The youth lead the group with support from advisers. The advisers are adult volunteers from the congregation. The YRUU meets weekly and together they build intentional community, support one another, perform service projects, and develop their own brand of affirming worship together.
Youth Advisory Committee (YAC)
Planning for the YRUU is accomplished monthly by the Youth Advisory Committee – a self selected group of youth, adult advisers, and a representative from the Religious Exploration Council.
YRUU Traditions

YRUU is a beloved part of the First Parish in Framingham community and a part of a number of our traditions – the Halloween haunted house, the Youth Service at the conclusion of every church year, and serving as wait staff at the Annual Auction Dinner.
