One of the defining characteristics of Unitarian Universalism is the concept of Universal Salvation. A love that is stronger than any other force in the world. Historically, it meant that no one, no matter how much they had sinned in this life would go to hell. What did our Unitarian and Universalist ancestors believe about Hell, and what do we believe about Hell as modern Unitarian Universalists?
